Wednesday MLB Opening Odds
(The Spread) – The White Sox, Reds and Rockies look to end losing skids when they hit the diamond on Wednesday.
The White Sox have lost six in a row and have dropped to 7-10 on the season. Oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com have made visiting Chicago a +119 money line underdog against the Rays, who are –126 on the ML. After their struggling start, Tampa Bay has won two straight to get to 8-9.
The first-place Reds are now 9-8 after dropping their third-straight game on Tuesday against the Diamondbacks. Still, Cincinnati is a –150 money line favorite over Arizona, which is +141 on the ML.
The Rockies started the week with the best record in the majors, but two ugly losses to NL West rival San Francisco has Colorado stumbling. The Rockies will try to salvage the final game of the series on Wednesday when they take on Matt Cain and the Giants. Colorado is –117 on the money line, while San Fran is +110.
