Monday MLB Opening Lines

Oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog have made the Yankees –170 money line favorites over the Indians, who are +160 on the ML after losing three straight in New York (and four straight overall).
According to latest MLB trends, the Indians are 16-35 in their last 51 meetings with the Yankees in New York and 3-13 in their last 16 games against the Bombers overall. The over is also 4-1-2 in the last seven meetings between these two teams in New York.
In other AL action, the Mariners will host the Angels in a matchup of AL West rivals. L.A. is –125 money line favorites over the host Mariners, who are +118 on the ML. The under is 4-0 in the last four meetings between these two teams in Seattle and 5-1-1 in the last seven meetings overall.
In the National League, the red-hot Braves are –125 money line favorites over the Astros, who are +118. Atlanta is 6-0 in its last six games overall and 7-1 in Derek Lowe’s last eight starts. The Astros, meanwhile, are 0-4 in their last four games overall and 0-4 in their last four home games.
