Dickey (4-10, 4.53) on the mound to face Jerome Williams (3-7, 6.28). Oddsmakers have the Jays as the clear favorite, giving them odds of -240 to win, while the Phillies have a money line of +215 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 9.5 runs. The Phillies are just 1-8 in their last 9 against the Jays while Toronto is 7-3 in its last 10 interleague games.
