2018 Home Run Champion Odds
Will Giancarlo Stanton be the Home Run King in 2018? Based on the odds, the newest Yankee has a great shot to accomplish the feat.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com, Stanton is a 4/1 favorite to hit the most home runs this upcoming MLB season. His new teammate Aaron Judge, meanwhile, has the next-best odds at 15/2, followed by Nationals’ superstar Bryce Harper at 15/1.
He doesn’t even have a team yet, but JD Martinez is 18/1 to hit the most home runs this upcoming MLB season. Manny Machado of the Orioles and Mike Trout of the Angels are both 18/1, respectively, as well. Cody Bellinger and Joey Gallo are both 20/1, followed by Freddie Freeman, Kris Bryant, Nolan Arenado and Paul Goldschmidt, who are all 25/1, respectively. Chris Davis, Josh Donaldson, Khris Davis, Miguel Sano and Nelson Cruz are 30/1, respectively.
Some other mid-range long-shots include Kyle Schwarber at 35/1, followed by Anthony Rizzo, Carlos Correa, Edwin Encarnacion and Mark Trumbo, who are all 40/1, respectively, to pop the most home runs in 2018. George Springer and Rhys Hoskins are both 50/1, respectively, while Joey Votto, Logan Morrison and Rafael Devers are all 60/1, respectively.
