Sunday MLB Opening Odds

The Boston Red Sox have lost four in a row and are now looking to avoid being swept by the Pittsburgh Pirates, who have won four-straight. The two teams will square off for Game 3 of their series at 1:35PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog, the visiting Red Sox are –125 on the money line against the host Pirates, who are +115 on the ML. As previously mentioned, Pittsburgh is 4-0 in its last four games overall and 4-0 in its last four home games.
Another struggling team will try to snap a four-game skid when the Twins play the Brewers in Milwaukee to wrap up a three-game series. Carl Pavano will take the hill against Chris Narveson, who is 4-5 on the year with a 4.55 ERA.
The ESPN Sunday Night Baseball Game features the defending champs taking on the surprising Cleveland Indians at 8:05PM ET. The Giants opened as –135 money line favorites over the Tribe, who are +125 on the ML.
According to recent MLB trends, the Indians are 1-4 in their last five games against the Giants, while the under is 5-0-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams. Despite scoring just five runs in the first two games, the G-Men will go for the series sweep on Sunday night.
