On the other side, the Mets are 5-1 in Gee’s last six starts as a favorite and 4-1 in his last five starts as a home favorite. They’re also 11-3 in Gee’s last 14 starts overall and 5-2 in his last seven home starts. Both pitchers have walked away as losers over their last two outings, but Gee did manage to work into the seventh inning in one of his starts. Lohse appears to be the pitcher in the real funk.
