From Rotoworld: Lugo held the Cardinals to one run over 6 2/3 innings on Thursday. Lugo allowed four hits, walked one and struck out five. It’s his fifth quality start in seven tries this year. It remains to be seen whether his elbow will hold up, but he’s at least a streaming option in mixed leagues at the moment and he has a nice matchup against the Padres coming up.
Chacin surrendered two runs on four hits over six innings in Thursday’s win over the Giants. Chacin struck out four and walked one in the outing. Outside of RBI singles allowed to Denard Span and Eduardo Nunez in the sixth inning, he kept the scoreboard clean. Chacin will bring a 4.26 ERA and 1.29 WHIP into a home start against the Mets next time out.
