Orioles vs. Mariners Prediction
Is the Orioles and Mariners betting total set too high for tonight’s 10:10PM ET meeting in Seattle?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Mariners are -113 money line favorites versus the Orioles, who have odds of +103 to pull off the upset. With Wade Miley set to face Andrew Albers in the pitching matchup, the over/under currently sits at 9.5 runs.

From Rotoworld: Miley was brilliant in Thursday’s win over the A’s, surrendering just one run on three hits over seven innings. Miley struck out seven and walked three on the evening. The lone run to score on his watch came in the very first inning, when Jed Lowrie lofted a sacrifice fly. He completely shut the A’s down from that point onward. In 24 starts this season, Miley owns a still-rough 5.19 ERA and 1.69 WHIP. He will look for a repeat of Thursday’s result in a road showdown with the Mariners next time out
Albers will be called up to start for the Mariners on Tuesday against the Orioles. Acquired from the Braves earlier this month, Albers holds a 2.61 ERA and 115/19 K/BB ratio over 120 2/3 innings at the Triple-A level this season. The 31-year-old was in independent ball part of last season and in Korea a couple years prior to that, which gives you an idea how desperate the Mariners are for starters right now.
Bet Tonight’s Orioles vs. Mariners Game
OUR PREDICTION: The over is 5-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams, is 4-1 in the last five meetings in Seattle, and is 5-2 in Miley’s last seven starts after scoring five runs or more in their previous game.
