From Rotoworld: Paxton allowed just four singles with no walks over seven scoreless innings while striking out 10 batters in Monday’s victory against the Red Sox. Paxton rolled to his 10th victory of the season, and his fifth consecutive win. He is a perfect 5-0 with a 1.62 ERA across 33 1/3 innings over five starts in the month of July after posting a 1-3 with a dismal 7.20 ERA in five outings in June. Paxton is back and looking like a fantasy stud after inexplicable issues last month
Lugo allowed four runs – three earned – and eight hits with no walks and a strikeout over six innings in a win Tuesday in San Diego. The former Centenary College Gentleman has rattled off three consecutive quality starts and he hasn’t lost since being lit up on the Fourth of July in Washington. He isn’t a high-strikeout pitcher, but he has been consistent lately and he is picking up wins. He’ll look to keep it rolling Sunday in a tough matchup with the red-hot James Paxton in Seattle.
Bet Today’s Mets vs. Mariners Game

The Mets, meanwhile, are 3-13 in their last 16 games when facing a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15. They’re also just 4-9 in their last 13 games against the Mariners following yesterday’s 3-2 loss.
