Orioles vs. Blue Jays Prediction
Will the Orioles and Blue Jays break out the bats tonight in Toronto when the two teams meet at 7:07PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Blue Jays are -200 money line favorites versus the Orioles, who have odds of +180 to pull off the upset in Toronto. With Ubaldo Jimenez set to face J.A. Happ in the pitching matchup, the over/under currently sits at 10 runs.

Jimenez was destroyed in Friday’s loss to the Rays, giving up nine runs on seven hits over 2 1/3 innings. Jimenez also issued four walks while striking out just one. The Rays jumped on him right out of the gate, scoring four times in the first, once in the second and adding four more while chasing him in the third. How this guy continues to get chances in the Orioles’ rotation is beyond me. He owns a horrifying 7.26 ERA and 1.61 WHIP on the season. Perhaps this start will be the final straw that leads to Jimenez getting designated for assignment.
Happ was handed a no-decision after tossing 6 2/3 innings of one-run ball against the Royals on Friday. The lone run scored on a Salvador Perez single in his final inning of work. The southpaw gave up just four hits while walking none and striking out five. He left in position for the victory, but the bullpen coughed up the lead in the ninth. Happ has looked a lot more like himself over his last three outings. He’ll try to keep it going in a tough assignment against the Yankees in New York next week.
