From Rotoworld: Faria allowed three runs over six innings, striking out seven, in a no-decision Saturday against the Orioles. Faria’s biggest issue was a pair of homers that accounted for all three of the O’s runs against him. He gave up just five hits and a walk on the afternoon, exiting before the game was decided. The start was unquestionably his “worst” to date, as he’d rattled off three straight wins to start his major league career. Through four starts, Faria is still a perfect 3-0 with a 2.10 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 29/5 K/BB ratio. The 23-year-old will get another shot at the Orioles — or they’ll get another shot at him — when the two sides meet up Friday in Baltimore.
Tillman is still on track to make his scheduled start Friday against the Rays. Tillman flew back to Baltimore for the birth of his first child on Wednesday night but as of now, the Orioles are still planning to have him start Friday night’s series opener. If anything changes, Dylan Bundy will slide into Tillman’s spot.
