From Rotoworld: Wheeler allowed two runs and 10 hits over 6 1/3 innings Thursday in a loss to the Brewers. Wheeler survived the hits because he walked just one batter. It also helped that only one went for extra bases. Still, run support was an issue again. Wheeler is just 3-3 despite allowing three runs or fewer in eight of his 10 starts.
Darvish took the loss Friday against the Astros after giving up three runs in five innings. Darvish held the Astros off the board until Carlos Correa took him deep for a three-run shot in his final inning of work. The hard-throwing right-hander struck out eight and walked just one, but he needed 104 pitches to get through five innings. He has failed to go six innings in two out of his last three starts.
