Reds vs. Rockies Prediction
Will the Reds and Rockies fall under the betting total again tonight when the two teams meet at 8:40PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Rockies are -150 money line favorites versus the Reds, who have odds of +140 to pull off the upset. With Scott Feldman set to face Jon Gray in the pitching matchup, the over/under currently sits at 11 runs.

From Rotoworld: Feldman fired seven scoreless frames and flirted with a no-hitter in Friday’s 5-0 win over the Cubs. Feldman held his former team hitless until Ian Happ singled to right with two outs in the sixth. He ended up allowing just two hits in all against two walks and seven strikeouts. Feldman has now won five out of his last six decisions and owns a respectable 3.78 ERA and 80/32 K/BB ratio in 97 2/3 innings. He has a tough matchup against the Rockies at Coors Field up next.
Gray won after allowing two runs in six innings and striking out 10 Diamondbacks in his return to the rotation Friday. That’s what the Rockies wanted to see. They could have rushed Gray back from his foot injury a little earlier — and almost certainly would have in previous years — but playing it cautious could pay off down the line. Gray will face the Reds at home next time out in his lone remaining start before the All-Star break.
Bet Tonight’s Reds vs. Rockies Game
OUR PREDICTION: The under is 5-0 in the Reds’ last five games overall, is 3-1-1 in Feldman’s last five starts, and is 4-1 in his last five outings versus an opponent with a winning record. On the other side, the under is 6-0-1 in the Rockies’ last seven games overall, is 7-1 in Gray’s last eight starts following a quality start in his last appearance, and is 5-0 in Colorado’s last five games versus a right-handed starter.
