Washington Nationals DFS SPIN
Joey Meneses went 1-for-3 with his sixth homer in a 7-2 win over the Rangers on Sunday. Joey Meneses played the role of Rangers’ nemesis during the weekend series against Texas. After not homering since May 7, the 31-year-old cranked four homers over the Nationals’ last three games. Meneses heads into the All-Star break, hitting .284/.328/.404, and could be an excellent pickup for the second half of the season, especially if he continues hitting baseballs out of the park.
St. Louis Cardinals DFS SPIN
Willson Contreras went 2-for-2 with a two-run homer on Saturday in the Cardinals’ 4-3 extra-inning win over the White Sox. Contreras took right-hander Lucas Giolito deep to left field — his 10th round-tripper of the season — to supply the Cardinals’ lone runs in a low-scoring first-half finale. The 31-year-old catcher was back in St. Louis’ lineup following a two-game absence after undergoing a dental procedure earlier this week.

Nationals vs. Cardinals MLB BETTING PREDICTION
Miles Mikolas, who will start tonight for the Cardinals, has oscillated back and forth between brilliant and terrible all season. Following a rough April, he was brilliant in May only to return to a dumpster fire in June. He’s made two starts in July and one was great (7.0 IP, 4 H, 0 R vs. the White Sox) and one was so-so (6.1 IP, 4 H, 4 R). If we get the bad version of Mikolas tonight, coupled with a pair of struggling bullpens, I see the over hitting at Busch Stadium.
