MLB Betting Trends
New York
The Mets are 6-0 in their last six Saturday games. New York is 7-15 in the last 22 deGrom starts.
Kansas City
The Royals are 1-5 in their last six home games. Kansas City is 0-5 in the last five Junis interleague starts.
Prediction:
New York should never be 7-15 in a 22-game deGrom stretch, but for the second straight season it has not always provided him with much support. But with the Mets playing very good baseball over the last month and a flyball pitcher on the other side in Junis, I think deGrom gets some runs backing him while also throwing another gem. Go with New York here.
