According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the L.A. Dodgers are favored to win the NLCS this season, as they are getting +180 odds. Other shorts odds to win are the Washington Nationals (+300), the Chicago Cubs (+425) and the Arizona Diamondbacks (+750).

The Dodgers have been rolling right now, as they sit at 61-29 overall for the best record in the NL and in Major League Baseball. They hold a 7.5-game lead in the NL West right now and in the entire NL. The Dodgers have produced 463 runs this season, while allowing just 300 runs. The 300 allowed is the fewest in baseball by a large margin. Their +163 run differential is also best in baseball.
The Nationals are 52-36 on the season, which puts them first in the NL East by 9.5 games. They currently have the third-best record in the NL behind the Dodgers and Diamondbacks. Washington has scored 486 runs in 2017 while allowing 396 for a +90 run differential.
The Cubs are the defending World Series champs, but having a slow start to 2017. They are now 43-45 entering the MLB All-Star Break. The Diamondbacks have the second-best record in the NL right now at 53-26. However, because they sit in the NL West, they are competing for a Wild Card spot right now. Arizona has put up 446 runs this season while allowing 344 for a +102 run differential. That is the second-best differential in the NL.
