Philadelphia Phillies DFS SPIN
Bryce Harper delivered four hits, including two doubles, Wednesday against the Braves. Alas, those four hits accounted for no RBI and one run scored. Harper has done his part by hitting .318//365/.636 this year, but the rest of the top half og the Phillies order has been disappointing.
Atlanta Braves DFS Spin
Dansby Swanson finished 4-for-5 with a homer and two RBI as the Braves bested the Phillies 8-4 on Wednesday. Swanson hit second tonight for the first time this season. He did lead off on May 11, but he’d otherwise found himself exclusively in the bottom third of the order. If the nice game tonight buys him some more time in the two hole, he’ll return to being pretty useful in shallow leagues. Still, with his 33% strikeout rate, the seventh spot seems to suit him better right now.
Phillies vs. Braves MLB BETTING PREDICTION
The Phillies have dropped five of their last six games against the Braves overall and 41 of 61 in Atlanta. They’re also 1-5 in their last six games as an underdog, are 1-4 in their last five games when playing the fourth game of a series and are just 6-17 in their last 23 divisional games after falling to Atlanta last night. The Braves, meanwhile, are 4-0 in their last four games as a favorite, are 5-2 in their last seven games versus National League East opponents and are 4-1 in their last five games after scoring five runs or more in their previous contest.
MLB BETTING PREDICTION: ATLANTA BRAVES -120
