Philadelphia Phillies DFS SPIN
Aaron Nola lost after giving up four runs in seven innings Sunday versus the Rockies. Another middling outing. Nola struck out at least seven in 22 of his 32 starts last season. This year, he hasn’t fanned more than six in any of his nine starts. With a 3-3 record, a 4.59 ERA and a 43/12 K/BB ratio, he hasn’t exactly been bad. Still, much more was expected.
San Francisco Giants DFS SPIN
Logan Webb wasn’t involved in the decision after allowing one run in seven innings Sunday against the Diamondbacks. Webb’s stronger-than-usual strikeout rate took a hit today, as he fanned only three and settled for just five missed swings. Still, it was a nice outing anyway, as he generated some soft contact with his changeup. It went as his first no-decision of the year, as he remained 3-5 while lowering his ERA to 3.20. He’ll face the Marlins next.
