Philadelphia Phillies DFS SPIN
Kyle Schwarber popped a two-run home run Wednesday as the Phillies fell to the Rangers. His bomb off of Jon Gray in the third inning knotted things back up in the time, but it wound up being the only runs the Phillies scored. Schwarber has now gone deep eight times in 20 games this month and is up to 19 dingers on the season.
San Diego Padres DFS SPIN
Jurickson Profar went 4-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored Wednesday as the Padres blew out the Diamondbacks. All four hits were singles, with the final one driving in a pair of runs. Profar was hit by a pitch in his final trip to the plate, as he reached base in all five plate appearances. He’s been hitting leadoff for the Padres, and that combined with a huge walk rate will lead to lots of runs, even as his production on the whole will probably be less than inspiring.
Phillies vs. Padres MLB BETTING PREDICTION
The Phillies are 39-18 in their last 57 games in San Diego, are 6-0 in their last six games versus a team with a winning record and are 10-2 in their last 12 games versus a right-handed starter. On the other side, the Padres are 7-15 in their last 22 home games versus a team with a winning record and are 2-5 in their last seven games versus a starter with a WHIP greater than 1.30.
