Tampa Bay Rays DFS SPIN

Josh Lowe went 3-3, with a homer and a pair of singles in the game three win over Boston. Lowe has enjoyed a great first full season in the big leagues, and he’s been raking down the stretch. The Chesapeake native has recorded a hit in nine of the last ten games, while totaling multiple bases in four straight contests, and producing runs in three of those four outings. Lowe has capitalized on his opportunity to play every day this season, and he’ll look to sting Toronto again this weekend. Lowe is posting splits of .290/20/81 thru 133 games.

Toronto Blue Jays DFS SPIN

Vlad Guerrero Jr. went 1-5 in the game three win over New York. Bo Bichette came through for us yesterday, and it may be time to give another talented Toronto bat a look, as the stakes will rise this weekend with Tampa coming to town. Guerrero Jr. thrived in their series versus the Rays last weekend at Tropicana, tallying multiple hits in the final two games, and the Jays will need him to channel that energy this weekend with their postseason spot still hanging in the balance. Vlad Jr. is also within reach of his second 100-RBI season, after missing it last year by three, so there’s added motivation there as well. Guerrero leads the Jays in home runs (26) and runs batted in (94), while batting .263.

Tampa has won six of their last ten games, with an o/u record of 4-5-1 during this span.

Toronto has also won six of their previous ten games, with an o/u record of 2-8 during this stretch.

Yankees vs Blue Jays MLB BETTING PREDICTION

This is exactly what the MLB envisioned when they set this matchup for the final weekend in baseball. Tampa has clinched a Wild Card spot already, but Toronto holds a slim one-game lead between the final two spots with Houston and Texas, and they are in a must win spot this weekend. Now, both clubs are sending steady, out-focused pitchers to the mound, so another Under could be in the works, I like backing Toronto again in this high-pressure spot, as they control their own destiny, and there will be a sense of urgency within the clubhouse to bring this one home.

Rays vs. Blue Jays Prediction: Toronto Blue Jays -145
