Boston Red Sox DFS SPIN
Chris Sale (ribs) will have a pitch count of around 85 in his season debut Tuesday versus the Rays. Sale threw 72 pitches in his final rehab outing and will be pitching on an extra day of rest. He could potentially come back on Sunday against the Yankees for a second start this week, although that has not officially been decided yet.
Tampa Bay Rays DFS SPIN
Yandy Díaz went 3-for-3 with two doubles, three runs scored and three RBI as the Rays topped the Red Sox 10-5 on Monday. It’s the first three-RBI game of the year for Díaz and just the seventh of his career, as he’s never had nearly as much luck plating runners as he has had getting on base himself. The 30-year-old has a terrific .307/.418/.409 line this season, but with just three homers, 39 runs, 23 RBI and one steal in 78 games, his real-world value has been much higher than his fantasy value.
Red Sox vs. Rays MLB BETTING PREDICTION
The Red Sox have dropped five of their last seven games overall and are 1-4 in their last five games against the Rays. They’re also 2-5 on the road over their last seven games, whereas the Rays are 5-1 in their last six games as an underdogs.
