Boston Red Sox DFS SPIN
Rafael Devers went 1-for-3 and hit his 22nd homer against the Yankees on Saturday. The 25-year-old superstar put Yankees starter, Jameson Taillon, on the ropes early when he launched a ball 384 feet for his 22nd homer of the year. Sadly his bat along with all the other Red Sox went cold and they fell 15 games back from the AL East rivals in a lopsided loss against the Yankees.
New York Yankees DFS SPIN
Aaron Judge hit his 32nd and 33rd homers of the year Saturday versus the Red Sox. Judge singled to left in the first inning and came around to score the Yankees’ first run of the night. He would later connect on an 85 mph slider from Nick Pivetta in the bottom of the fifth, sending it to left field for his 32nd home run of the season. Later, in the bottom of the sixth, Judge demolished an 86 mph slider from Kaleb Ort, hitting it 444 feet to center field. Judge was hitting .200/.308/.400 in the month of July and this game could be the spark that brings him back around.
