MLB Betting Trends
Tampa Bay
The Rays are 9-1 in their last 10 road games. Tampa Bay is 5-0 in the last five Yarbrough road starts.
Baltimore
The Orioles are 15-59 in their last 74 series openers. Baltimore is 5-21 in its last 26 Thursday games.
Prediction:
Yarbrough has been fantastic all season and while Wojchichowski has had his moments of excellence, he is still inconsistent and probably won’t get much support from his offense. Tampa Bay hasn’t made things easy lately, but perhaps the rally Wednesday pushed it back in the right direction. I’m going with the favorites in the opener here.
