MLB Betting Trends
Toronto
The Blue Jays have won four straight against right-handed starters and also seven of their last 10 overall. However, they are 4-10 in their last 14 road games.
Houston
The Astros are still 15-3 in their last 18 overall despite their loss on Monday. They are 9-4 in their last 13 games following a loss.
Prediction:
Monday was a big win, but the Jays were able to have J.A. Happ best Justin Verlander on the mound. I just can’t see Borucki besting Morton in his MLB debut. The Astros have been able to bounce back from losses pretty well and I think they will do that again tonight. Look for the Astros to get some early runs and ride their pitching to a comfortable win.
The Pick: Houston Astros -1.5 (-130)
