Minnesota Twins DFS SPIN
Carlos Correa had a homer and a bases-loaded walk Thursday as the Twins outlasted the White Sox 7-3 in 12 innings. The first two extra innings ended scoreless today, but, aided by a Tim Anderson error on an easy grounder, the Twins busted out with five in the 12th. The White Sox got one back afterwards, but that was it. Correa’s homer was his fourth. He finished up with three extra-base hits and four RBI in the series against the White Sox, and while that probably doesn’t qualify as a breakout, it is, at least, an improvement.
Cleveland Guardians DFS SPIN
Amed Rosario went 1-for-5 with a stolen base in a 4-3 loss to the Yankees Wednesday. Rosario made his lone hit of the night count as he picked up his sixth stolen base of the season. He is hitting .227/.263/.318 with one homer across 118 plate appearances. The Guardians have been consistently batting Rosario in the second spot of their lineup, and given his history of middling OBPs; he could find himself lower in the batting order soon.
