Minnesota Twins DFS SPIN
Ryan Jeffers singled, drove in a run and stole a base as the Twins fell to the Royals in 10 innings on Friday. Jeffers got the Twins on the board and tied the score at 1-1 with his run-scoring knock off of Brady Singer in the fourth inning. He then executed a double steal with Willi Castro in which Jeffers nabbed second base while Castro stole home for the third time this season. With his two-hit attack, the 26-year-old backstop is now hitting .281/.385/.438 to go with five homers, 16 RBI and three swipes.
Kansas City Royals DFS SPIN
Bobby Witt Jr. had the best game of his young career on Friday, going 4-for-5 with a double, stolen base, six RBI and a walk-off grand slam as the Royals stunned the Twins 8-5 in 10 innings. The dynamic 23-year-old shortstop smacked a game-tying RBI double off of Sonny Gray in the sixth inning, then dashed home with the go-ahead run on an RBI single off the bat of MJ Melendez. He also added a valuable insurance run with a two-out RBI single in the ninth and swiped second base. His biggest contribution came in the 10th though, as he crushed a 3-2 fastball from Jhoan Duran for a 414-foot (101.1 mph EV) walk-off grand slam that sent the Royals’ home faithful into a frenzy. Witt Jr. is now hitting .257/.296/.451 with 17 long balls, 57 RBI and 29 stolen bases in what has been an impressive all-around season.

Twins vs. Royals MLB BETTING PREDICTION
With there being next to no value in the Twins on the moneyline, I’m taking the over. Ober is 6-4 with a 2.76 ERA on the season but I have to believe Minnesota will get to Lyles. The Kansas City starter is an atrocious 1-12 on the season, with a 6.19 ERA to match. In five career starts against the Twins, he’s 0-2 with a 5.00 ERA, taking both losses this season. Hopefully the Royals can produce enough offensively to contribute to the over.
MLB BETTING PREDICTION: TWINS/ROYALS OVER 9.5
