Mariners vs. Indians Prediction
Will the Indians win their series against the Mariners when they host Seattle today at 1:10PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Indians are -150 money line favorites versus the Mariners, who have odds of +140 to pull off the upset today in Cleveland. With Chase De Jong set to take on Josh Tomlin in the pitching matchup, the over/under currently sits at 9.5 runs, down from the original number at 9.

Kyle Seager hit his first home run of the season in the Mariners’ loss to the Indians on Saturday. He managed 13 RBI through his first 21 games despite not hitting a home run, but it’s a positive sign that he left the yard. He’s now hitting .254 on the season.
Danny Salazar was the star for the Indians in their 4-3 win over the Mariners on Saturday. He allowed three runs over 6 1/3 innings, with all three runs crossing the plate in the first inning. Salazar surrendered three hits on the night, but two were home runs accounting for all three of Seattle’s runs. He also walked three while striking out six.
Bet Today’s Mariners vs. Indians Game
OUR PREDICTION: Tomlin has looked good over his last two starts. He produced a quality start on Tuesday, but took the loss against the Astros while allowing three runs over six innings. Tomlin has now registered two straight quality starts after two brutal showings to start the season. While Cleveland’s price is a bit steep, I like Tomlin to out-pitch De Jong today in a home start.
