New York Yankees DFS SPIN
Jake Bauers was pulled from Friday’s battle against the Rangers in the second inning due to a right knee contusion. Bauers finally got his chance with the big league club and wound up getting pulled due to injury just two innings into it. While initial X-rays came back negative, he was quite sore after the game and will undergo an MRI on Sunday to see exactly what’s going on there. He should be considered day-to-day for the time being, but be sure to check back and see how Sunday’s exam goes.
Texas Rangers DFS SPIN
Ezequiel Duran went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer against the Yankees on Saturday. Duran’s homer was his second in 61 plate appearances this season. He has the power to do better there, but he’s been hitting the ball on the ground too often. It’s still possible that he’ll be sent down once Corey Seager returns, though that’s probably still a couple of weeks away.
