According to oddsmakers from online sports book Sports Interaction, Johnson had odds of 7/2 to win the race before the event, meaning a $100 bet on Johnson to win will pay out $350.
Johnson led 271 laps in the race, dominating his way through the field. The win pushed Johnson to second by himself in the points standings, 10 behind leader Mark Martin, who finished second on Sunday.
Matt Kenseth finished third on the day, leading all of the non-chase drivers.
Juan Pablo Montoya and Kurt Busch rounded out the top five, as both moved up one slot in the points standings with their performances.
In a slight surprise, A.J. Allmendinger finished seventh. Allmendinger was not listed in the odds, as he would have been part of the field bet that was listed at 18/1 to win.
