Aaron’s 312 Odds
The 2010 NASCAR Nationwide Series heads to Talladega Superspeedway for the Aaron’s 312 on Saturday afternoon.
The race has some of the top drivers from the Sprint Cup series, Kevin Harvick is favored to win this event.
Harvick is 3/1 favorite to win the race according to odds makers at the online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com. Other short odds to win are Kyle Busch (7/2), Carl Edwards (6/1), and Brad Keselowski (7/1).
Harvick sits third in the standings, 65 points behind Busch for the lead. Harvick has not won this event, but has two wins in the Nationwide series in 2010. He has not finished outside the top five in his last five races.
Busch leads Keselowski by 20 points for the lead in the series standings. Busch has won the last two events and won three races in the series. Busch has not won this event, but has finished in the top three in five of seven Nationwide races in 2010.
Edwards is fifth in the standings, 106 points out of first. Edwards has not won this event and has not won an event in 2010. He is coming off a 30th place finish a week ago, but finished in the top six in the first six events of the year.
Keselowski has also never won this event and doesn’t have a win in 2010. He has not finished worse than 13th in any race this year and finished in the top five in six of the seven races in 2010.
