Nashville 300 Odds
With the Sprint Cup Series off this week, the NASCAR Nationwide Series takes the main stage as they host the 2010
The 225-lap race features some of the best drivers from the Sprint Cup Series as well as the Nationwide regulars and 2009 points champion, Kyle Busch, is favored to win Saturday’s race.
Busch is a 21/10 favorite to win the race according to odds makers at the online sports book BroburySports.com. Other short odds to win are Kevin Harvick (10/3), Carl Edwards (7/2), and Joey Logano (7/2).
Busch finished second in this race a year ago. He currently sits fourth in the standings with one win and two top five finishes on the year. He has also placed outside the top 15 on two occasions.
Harvick won this event in 2006 and he is currently fifth in the standings. Harvick has one win and three top 5’s on the year, but a 38th place finish in the Stater Bros. 300 set him back.
Edwards leads the standings and won this event in 2007. He has finished in the top five of this event the last four years. Edwards doesn’t have a win in 2010, but has finished no worse than fourth in all four races.
Logano was last year’s race winner. He has competed in three Nationwide races this season, placing in the top five just once. He is currently 12th in the point standings.
