Biffle gets second victory
Greg Biffle picked win Sunday in the 2010 Price Chopper 400 but Jimmie Johnson was the big winner as he now leads the 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series standings.
Biffle led 60 laps on the day to get his second win of the 2010 season. Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com gave Biffle 10/1 odds to win Sunday’s race, meaning a bet of $100 on Biffle will pay out $1,000.
After finishing second, combined with a 12th-place finish for Denny Hamlin, Jimmie Johnson now leads the standings by 8 points over Hamlin.
Kevin Harvick finished third on Sunday and also moved to third in the standings, 30 points behind Johnson for first place. Tony Stewart and Jeff Gordon finished out the top five for Sunday’s race.
