Daytona 500 Odds
DAYTONA BEACH, FL – The 2011 Daytona 500 is set to go on Feb. 20 from Daytona International Speedway and 2007 winner Kevin Harvick is favored to win this year.
Harvick has 6/1 odds to win according to oddsmakers at online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com. Other short odds to win this year are Kyle Busch (8/1), Tony Stewart (8/1), Jamie McMurray and (10/1)
Harvick won his only Daytona 500 in 2007 and in his career, he has two wins at Daytona International Speedway. Harvick placed seventh last year.
Busch and Tony Stewart have never won the big race while McMurray was the 2010 champion.
Five-time defending series champion Jimmie Johnson has 12/1 odds to win. Johnson won the Daytona 500 in 2006. Jeff Gordon is a former three-time winner and he has 12/1 odds to win as well.
