Edwards finished fourth in the standings last year, 229 points behind Jimmie Johnson for the championship. Edwards picked up two wins on the season.
Edwards went winless in 2009, but racked up 9 in 2008, as he finished second in the point standings that year. In six full seasons in the Sprint Cup Series, Edwards has 18 wins.
I like the over in this wager as Edwards seems to get a lot or none. I expect at least three wins this year, as he averages three per year in his career and he has some tracks that he dominates like Michigan International Speedway, where the series goes twice. I feel like Edwards is going to have a good year in 2011.
