Busch had quite the 2015 season. The NASCAR veteran broke his leg during the Xfinity Series race in Daytona, forcing him to miss the first 11 races of the Sprint Cup Season. Despite that, he found a way to win four races during the regular season and earned a spot in the Chase for the Championship, ultimately winning it all by winning the final race of the year at Homestead.

While Busch claimed his first championship last season, he still has yet to cross one major accomplishment off his list, winning the Daytona 500. According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Busch currently is listed with 15/1 odds to win the 2016 Daytona 500. Dale Earnhardt Jr. is the favorite with 4/1 odds. The Daytona 500takes place on Sunday. Feb. 21.

Busch has competed in the Daytona 500 10 times and has only 1 top-5 finish to his credit, when he came in fourth in 2008. He also finished eighth in 2011, but has finished outside the top 10 in his other eight appearances, including five outside of the top 20. Busch does have a win at Daytona International Speedway, as he won the summer race during the 2008 season. That race is just 400 miles, but still proof that a win is within reason for Busch.
