Crayon 301 Prediction
OPTION 1: William Byron (+1100)
Last week, Byron picked up his series-leading fourth win of the season with a victory at Atlanta. This week, the series moves to north to New Hampshire, as Byron looks to keep his career season progressing. With another victory today, Byron would be the first Hendrick Motorsports driver to win five of his first 20 races of the season since Jimmie Johnson in his 2010 championship season. He’s also making his 200th career start and he’d be the fifth driver in series history – as well as the third in the Modern Era (Since 1972) – to win in career start No. 200.
OPTION 2: Kyle Busch (+1400)
Busch ran well last week in Atlanta and now looks to claim his eight straight top-10 finish today at New Hampshire. He finished fifth last Sunday for his seventh consecutive top-10 finish. It’s one off the longest top-10 streak of his Cup Series career and he’s already tripled his 2022 win total (1) while having his best year since his 2019 championship season.
OPTION 3: Christopher Bell (+450)
Bell is the defending champ in New Hampshire, winning last July to snap a four-race win streak by Ford. Bell has been excellent in Loudon, finishing first, fifth and 28th in his three career Cup starts at the track. He also has the pole after finishing with a lap of 124.781 mph in the qualify session earlier this week.
