Menards 250 Picks
The NASCAR Xfinity Series is back in action this afternoon with the Menards 250. Here are some drivers we like to contend for this race.
According to Oddsmakers at BetDSI, Kyle Busch is a 1/1 favorite to win this race. Other short odds to win are Erik Jones (5/2) and Joey Logano (9/2). The Menards 250 takes place on Saturday at 1:46PM ET from Michigan International Speedway.
Kyle Busch is pretty close to a sure thing in Xfinity races. He has already won four of the seven he has competed in this year and he is the defending champion of this very race. He also owns a win in this race from 2004. Look for a third victory today.
Joey Logano is a former Sprint Cup winner at Michigan International Speedway and he also won this Xfinity Series race in 2012. Despite not picking up an Xfinity win yet this year, he should be the top contender outside of Busch. If something goes wrong with Kyle, look for Logano to grab the win.
Paul Menard has 17/2 odds to win today and we think he is a nice dark horse option to win. He was the 2014 winner of this race and also placed third in 2013. He has competed in just three Xfinity races this year to mediocre results, but he is at a track he has performed well at and should be near the front today.
