Other short odds to win are Kyle Busch (5/1), Joey Logano (7/1), Martin Truex Jr. (15/2) and Chase Elliott (15/2). The 2020 Auto Club 400 takes place on Sunday, March 1 at 3:30PM ET from Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California.

Busch is off to a slow start this season, finishing outside the top 10 in each of the two races thus far. However, he comes to a track that he has been very strong at today. Busch is a four-time winner at California and the three-time winner of this very race. Busch collected his third win a year ago. Busch has an average finish of 9.250 at this track, while his driver rating is 111.5. Both rank second in today’s field.

Elliott has not picked up a win at California in his short career, but he has four solid showings there. He has finished in the top 20 in all four, with 16th being his worst finish and sixth being his best. I like Elliott today because of his consistent ability to be in the mix at this track and in races in general. He doesn’t have a lot of poor showings, especially early in the year. His driver rating at California is 92.4, which ranks in the top five of today’s field.

Larson is the 2017 winner of this race and he’s been pretty consistent at California. He finished second in 2014 and in 2018. This track just seems to click with him. Over six races at California, Larson holds a driver rating of 89.9. Larson comes into this race with two top-10 finishes to start his 2020 season and I expect another solid run today. His 9/1 odds provide good value and could earn you a big payday.
