NASCAR Food City 500 Predictions 4/7/19

Food City 500 Predictions

The NASCAR Monster Energy Series waves the green flag on the Food City 500 later this afternoon. Here’s the drivers we like to contend for the win today.

According to the latest oddsmakers, Kyle Busch is favored to win, as he is listed with 5/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Daniel Suarez (4/1), Joey Logano (5/1), Kevin Harvick (5/1) and Brad Keselowski (6/1). The Food City 500 is set to take place today at 2PM ET from Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee.

Bet on NASCAR Odds

Kyle Busch 5/2

Busch has finished in the top 10 in every races this year, so you have to like his ability to compete for another victory today. He already owns two wins and five top-3 finishes out of seven races in 2019. He now comes to a track that he has dominated, winning seven times with an average finish of 14.259 and a driver rating of 101.3 at the track. Busch should be the man to beat today.

Kevin Harvick 5/1

Harvick has yet to win this season, but I feel that has to break sooner rather than later. He has finished in the top 10 in his last six races. Harvick is a two-time winner at Bristol in his career, posting an average finish of 13.2 at the track. His driver rating there is 96.9. While Busch may be the man to beat today, Harvick is someone that should be pushing him throughout the day and have a chance to steal the win in the end.

Kyle Larson 14/1

Larson could use a little boost today as he has yet to crack the top 5 on the season. However, Bristol has been a really good track for Larson. He finished second in both races at this track a year ago. Larson has an average finish of 14.8 at Bristol, while his driver rating is 100.7 at the track. Larson has good value today at 14/1. He has a strong history at the track and is in desperate need of a strong performance.
