Corona Mexico 200 Odds
While the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series has it’s second weekend off of the 2008 season, the NASCAR Nationwide Series has packed up their sombrero’s and is in Mexico City, Mexico
at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez this weekend for the Corona Mexico 200.
Oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog has listed Cup Series veteran Kyle Busch and road racing "ringer" Scott Pruett as the pre-qualifying favorite to win Sunday’s Corona Mexico 200. Busch and Pruett are listed at 4/1 odds to win according to Bodog oddsmakers. That means a winning wager on either of these drivers would pay $400 for every $100 wagered.
In addition to Kyle Busch there are 7 other regular Cup Series drivers in Sunday’s race including Carl Edwards (6/1), Clint Bowyer (6.5/1), Patrick Carpentier (9/1), Sam Hornish Jr. (22/1), David Reutimann (30/1), David Ragan (50/1) and Mike Wallace (65/1).
Bodog oddsmakers currently have Corona 200 odds to win listed for 46 drivers although only 42 cars will start Sunday’s race. There are 15 drivers who can be considered long shots to win the 2008 NASCAR Nationwide Corona 200 with odds listed at 100/1. If any of these 15 drivers were able to win this weekends race every $100 wager would pay a staggering $10,000.
