Kroger 200 Odds
The NASCAR Nationwide Series hits the track on Saturday, July 25 for the Kroger 200 at O’Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis, Ind. And once again, points leader Kyle Busch is favored to win the event.
Busch opens the race as a 7/5 favorite according to the online sports book Sportsbook.com. Other short end favorites are Carl Edwards (5/1), Matt Kenseth (5/1), Brad Keselowski (7/1), and David Reutimann (7/1).
Busch is the defending champion of the Kroger 200, and has won the event on two occasions. Last year, Busch dominated the field at the Kroger 200, leading 197 of 200 laps. Busch is also coming off a win last weekend, his sixth of the season.
Edwards still remains in second in the Nationwide series, trailing Busch by 212 points. Edwards has just one win on the year, but has 12 top 5 finishes and 15 top 10 finishes. After scoring his lone win on July 10, Edwards finished third at the Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers 250 last week.
Kenseth has only taken part in seven Nationwide races this season, taking the checkered flag in one event, the Lipton Tea 250 on May 1. Of his seven races, Kenseth has placed in the top 5 three times and in the top 10 five times.
