O’Reilly 200 Odds
The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series hits Bristol Motor Speedway for mid-week racing as they host the O’Reilly 200.
It shouldn’t be a surprise to see Ron Hornaday as the pre-race favorite to win the event, as Hornaday has won the last five series races.
Hornaday enters the race with a betting line of +200 according to odds makers from the
online sports book Sportsbook.com. Other short odds to win the event are Kyle Busch (+300), Ryan Newman (+400), and Mike Skinner (+800).
Hornaday lead the series standings by 216 points thank to his five-race winning streak. Prior to the five-straight wins, Hornaday had seven top 10 finishes in nine races.
Busch was the winner of the 2008 O’Reilly 200 and has two wins in eight Camping World Truck Series races this year. Busch has finished in the top 10 in all but one of his eight races and his finished first or second five times in 2009.
Newman has taken part in just work Truck Series race in 2009, finishing fourth at the North Carolina Education Lottery 200. This will just be Newman’s third career Truck Series race, but he does hold a win in 2008.
Mike Skinner sits third in the series standings and has one win to his credit this year. Skinner has nine top 10 finishes in 14 races in 2009.
The O’Reilly 200 will take place Wednesday, Aug. 19 from Bristol Motor Speedway at 8 p.m. ET. For complete odds and track information on this year’s event, see below.
