Edwards wins Sylvania 300 pole
Carl Edwards was fastest in qualifying for the Sylvania 300 on Friday and he will now start up front for the second Chase race.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Kevin Harvick is still the favorite to win this weekend, as he has 7/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Brad Keselowski (6/1), Kyle Busch (7/1) and Joey Logano (7/1). Edwards now has 10/1 odds. The Sylvania 300 takes place on Sunday at 2:15PM ET from New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Kyle Busch is tied for third in the standings, 3 points out of first. He has four wins and six top 5s this year. Busch has two wins at New Hampshire with an average finish of 13.4 and a driver rating of 96.7. His rating is seventh in this week’s field. Busch will start in 17th position.
Logano is tied for fifth in the standings, 4 points out of first. He has three wins and 16 top 5s this year. Logano is a two-time winner at New Hampshire with an average finish of 16.9 and a driver rating of 79.9. His rating is 19th in the field. Logano will start eighth in this race.
