Busch is a 5/2 favorite to win the race according to oddsmakers at the online sports book SBGGLOBAL. Other short odds to win are Carl Edwards (4/1), David Reutimann (5/1), and Matt Kenseth (5/1).
Busch leads the series by 195 points over Edwards. Busch is coming off a win last week in the Dollar General 300, his seventh win of the year. Busch has yet to win this event in his career, but Busch has finished in the top five in five of his last six races.
Edwards is the defending champion of this event, winning in a green-white-checker finish last year. Edwards has finished in the top seven in his last eight races, including two victories. Edwards has four wins in 2009 for the Nationwide Series.
Reutimann is the 2007 winner of this event. Reutimann has competed in just 11 Nationwide races this year and doesn’t have a victory, but he does have one top five finish and five top 10’s.
Kenseth has competed in 11 races this year, including last week’s race, where he finished 33rd. Kenseth has one win in the series and has finished in the top five in five races.
