View Current NASCAR Odds

According to the latest oddsmakers, Kevin Harvick is currently a 3/1 favorite to win. Other short odds to win are Kurt Busch (5/1), Jimmie Johnson (6/1) and Brad Keselowski (7/1). The Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500 takes place today at 2:45PM ET from Phoenix International Raceway.

Brad Keselowski is in desperation mode, as he may need a win to advance to next week’s championship race. He is 19 points out of fourth place coming into today. He will start 18th in this race, but that shouldn’t be a problem for him to move up in the field quickly. Keselowski has never won at Phoenix, but he has a strong driver rating of 94.0. Look for him to be aggressive and make the moves he needs to to potentially win.

Joey Logano doesn’t maybe need a win today. He has to win today. He is 63 points out of fourth and can’t advance to the title race without a win today. He has 10/1 odds to get it and he is starting in 14th position. Logano has never won at Phoenix, and his numbers aren’t great, but he has risen to the occasion often this year and has more wins than anyone in 2015. Look for him to get another today with his back against the wall.

Carl Edwards also has 10/1 odds to win today and his back is also slightly against the wall. Edwards is seven points out of fourth, meaning he needs a strong run today. He is starting fourth and he is a two-time winner at Phoenix with an average finish of 98.7. His numbers are already strong at this track and he is in a must-perform situation. Look for Edwards to be in the mix at the end.
