Bank of America 500 Picks

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drives under the lights in North Carolina tonight for the Bank of America 500. Here are some drivers we like for this NASCAR race.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Martin Truex Jr. is the favorite to win, as he has 4/1 odds. Other short odds to prevail are Jimmie Johnson and Kevin Harvick, who each have 6/1 odds. The Bank of America 500 takes place tonight at 7:20PM ET from Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC.

Bet on the Bank of America 500

Jimmie Johnson is an impressive 7-time winner at this track and he has the top driver rating of anyone competing in this race at 109.6 at Charlotte. Johnson needs a little momentum if he hopes to actually win another Sprint Cup title. Winning the first race of Stage 2 would help.

Kyle Busch is somewhat overlooked for this race, as he has 8/1 odds to win. The defending Sprint Cup champion has some of the top numbers at Charlotte in his career. He has yet to win, but has a 104.6 driver rating at the track, which is second only to Johnson. Busch should definitely be a top contender to win.

Joey Logano is listed with 12/1 odds to win tonight. Like Busch, he has some pretty good history at this track. Logano has one win at Charlotte and an average finish of 9.5 over 15 starts. That means he is near the front most of the times he competes here. He also has had plenty of Chase success. Look for Logano to be a dark horse to win tonight.
