Bar Harbor 200 Predictions
The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series gets back into action today with the running of the Bar Harbor 200. Here are some drivers we like to contend for this win.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Christopher Bell is favored to win, as he is getting +200 odds. Other short odds to win are Johnny Sauter (+475) and Matt Crafton (+600). The Bar Harbor 200 takes place today at 5:30PM ET from Dover International Raceway in Dover, Delaware.
Christopher Bell has been a great driver in the series for the last year. He finished third in the standings in his first year as a full-time driver. This year he has finished in the top 4 in four of the five races, including one win. He finished third in this race a year ago as well. A year more of experience should help him get to the front of the pack.
Matt Crafton could use a big race today. The two-time series champion is off to a sluggish start for 2017. He has finished outside the top 5 in four of the five races. However, he comes to Dover, where he won a year ago and finished fifth in 2015. This is a track that has treated him well, so look for Crafton to make a push for another strong showing today.
Ryan Truex has +850 odds to win tonight. I think that is a good value pick. Truex has been improving his results with each race, finishing fourth last week in Charlotte for his first top-5 finish of the year. He did pretty well for himself at Dover in his debut last year, finishing eighth. I think that should give him some confidence to build off his last performance and push for an upset win today.
