M&M’s 200 Predictions
The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series begins a light weekend of motor racing this evening with the M&M’s 200.
According to the latest oddsmakers, Johnny Sauter and Noah Gragson are both favored to win this race, as each has +275 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Todd Gilliland (+550) and Brett Moffitt (+700). The M&M’s 200 takes place tonight at 7PM ET from Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa.
46300 Johnny Sauter +275
Sauter is having an incredible 2018 season so far. He has won four of the eight races while finishing in the top 5 in seven of them. Iowa has been a pretty good track for him as well. While he has yet to win this race, he did finish runner-up last year. Given how well he is running this year, it’s really hard to pass him up today.
46305 John Hunter Nemechek +1000
Nemechek is the defending champion of this race and he has a victory in one of the five races he has taken part in this year. He has also finished in the top 10 in his last three outings. Given his success here a year ago, I think Nemechek is capable of repeating tonight. When he has raced in the last few months, they have been successful drives. If her were a series regular this year, I think he would be among the top drivers in the series.
46306 Matt Crafton +1400
The 2011 winner of this race has some long odds for tonight’s race, but I think he still has good value. He finished in the top 5 in this race in 2012, 2013 and 2014 as well. This year, he is winless, but he has three top-5 finishes and hasn’t been outside the top 20 in seven of this year’s eight races. I think Crafton will have a strong run tonight and could provide a huge payout.
