According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Kyle Busch is the favorite to win this race, as he has +175 odds. Other short odds to win are Denny Hamlin (+250), Austin Dillon (+600) and Ryan Blaney (+600). The Hisense 200 takes place on Saturday at 3:45PM ET from Dover International Speedway.
