Drive for the Cure 200 Predictions
The NASCAR Xfinity Series gets a weekend of racing started this afternoon with the running of the Drive for the Cure 200. Here’s some of the drivers we like to contend for the win in today’s race.
According to the latest oddsmakers at BetNow.eu, Austin Cindric is favored to win, as he is getting +300 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Justin Allgaier (+400), Daniel Hemric (+700) and Justin Marks (+700). The Drive for the Cure 200 takes place today at 3PM ET from Charlotte Motor Speedway’s Roval course in Concord, North Carolina. The race will air live on the NBC Sports Network.
Bet on the Drive for the Cure 200
53000 Austin Cindric +300
Cindric is a driver that has some road-course ability and is being brought in for this race. He isn’t an Xfinity Series regular, but he has had some good runs on road courses this year. He finished second in Ohio just a few weeks ago. Cindric is favored for his ability to move around road courses and he has more experience than a lot in this field on these types of tracks.
53001 Justin Allgaier +400
Allgaier is having a great season in the Xfinity Series and he has done quite well in road races. He was the winner at Ohio and Road America this year and I think that makes him the man to beat. He has plenty of experience in a series meant for younger races and he has proven he can navigate the races with plenty of turns. I like Allgaier to get the win on Saturday.
53005 Cole Custer +1000
Custer has been a steady driver all year, not matter what the course is. He has finished in the top 10 in all but six races in 2018, including 11 top-5 finishes. Custer finished fourth at Road America, sixth at Watkins Glen and seventh in Ohio. Custer has the ability to stay near the front of the pack and could get to the very front with some help. Given his longer odds, I think Custer has some nice value for this race.
